Join Giles (qualified level 3 UKCC) for an energetic and sociable kick-off to the weekend!

The session runs as a circuit and is open to all members, with a maximum of 8 participants.

Sunday mornings at 9.30am: Improve your core strength, flexibility and balance

Join Sue (qualified level 3 Mat Pilates teacher) for a Pilates session. No pilates experience required – open to all levels, with a maximum of 10 participants.
