This Strength and Conditioning (Tennis Bootcamp) programme is the follow on from the Cardio Tennis Plus initiative that ran in November. The course has been put in place by Edinburgh University Tennis Coordinator and Strength and Conditioning Coach Calum Meston, and Level Four Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kevin Grigg. This programme will begin on the 22nd of February from 730PM until 9PM and will run for six weeks under the floodlights at The Meadows. More information can be found on the registration link below.

- Nutritional Advice and Online Performance Tracking
