ETC members can book courts online using their ClubSpark account. You can log into your account located at the top of this booking page or if you are already logged in, you can book courts straight away.
Non-members can only view availability of courts. To book a court, please use "Contact" on the top menu and submit your details. We will get back to you. 24hr notice is appreciated. Fees are £3 for an adult and 50p for child under 16 for 90min play.
Payment can be made via BACS:- Elsenham Tennis Club, 20-36-98, 70353906 stating “guests” and date played.
There are 2 courts available for use, both with floodlights. These can be booked either individually or together. Please be aware that there are no water or toilet facilities in the club hut, and the neighbouring Memorial Hall or Bowls Club should not be used unless there is a first aid emergency (bearing in mind that they are not always open). If floodlights are required, tokens can be pre-bought and access to the club hut is required to activate these.
Courts can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance for up to 2 hours per court at any one time by our members. Please be aware that League matches and coaching as well as club nights and team training also take place on the courts and usually both courts are booked for these.
Bookings for match fixtures can change so if there is a particular date that you wish to book and the courts are unvavailable, do check again in case it has become free.
There is a charge for non-members to play, which currently is £3 for adult and 50p per child for 1 hour. Please pass these payments to any member of the ETC committee. Non members can book courts by telephoning or emailing an ETC committee member. Please remember to lock them up after use, making sure that the hut is locked, gates are closed and padlocks secured.
