Join now for the new season 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.  

Full membership provides free access to the courts all year round, including the use of floodlights, with plenty of social club tennis to choose from.    There are opportunities to play competitively representing the Club against other clubs in Cambridgeshire and also internally, not just in our own Club Championships, but also in our new successful Box League competition. If you are interested then please email: elytennisclub@hotmail.co.uk . Please remember you need to be a full member (i.e. Adult, Family or Senior) to play in the teams.

We also have regular social sessions for members:  Tuesdays from 6-9; Friday and Sunday mornings from 9-12 are open sessions and everyone (including those who are looking to join the club and want to try before they buy). There is also a ladies open session on a Thursday evening and a men's session on a Wednesday evening (both these are organised via a WhatApp group).

Automatic membership of Ely Outdoor Sports Association (EOSA) includes the use of the Clubhouse and its well-stocked bar along with discounts at local shops and restaurants as detailed on their website .

NB: EOSA and Ely Tennis Club are in the process of raising funds to build 2 Padel courts to be opened from 1st September.  Income from the Padel courts will support future tennis club developemnts as well as EOSA facilities. To support fundraising, we are offering a  limited number of 5YR joint Tennis & Padel memberships.

Please note, unlike Tennis, Padel will be pay to play and the Padel membership will provide a reduced hourly cost for a court starting at £16 (£4 per player) compared to £28 (£7 per player) for non-members. Individual Padel membership will be £120 per year and will offer benefits similar to the tennis membership, e.g. play for teams, priority booking, etc.
