How to Book

Book a court

You need to be registered with ClubSpark and logged in to make a booking. Register now!

Tip: if booking a two-hour slot, do this as a single booking, rather than two bookings of an hour each.

Please note courts are to be used for tennis  only - no other sports or activities are permitted.

Annual household season tickets

  1. Sign up for an annual household season ticket
  2. Log in to ClubSpark, to unlock the booking sheet
  3. Select your venue and click "book a court" Choose your venue from the drop-down list at the top right of this page  
  4. Select a playing time and click to book (will be zero-rated if you have an annual household season ticket)
  5. Complete your booking and make a note of your PIN (also emailed)
  6. Access the court and enjoy your game!

Pay and Play

  1. Log in to ClubSpark, to access the booking page
  2. Select your venue and click "book a court" Choose your venue from the drop-down list at the top right of this page
  3. Select a playing time and click to book 
  4. Complete your booking and pay 
  5. Make a note of your PIN (also emailed)
  6. Access the court and enjoy your game!

Cancel a booking

  1. Go to the correct venue "book a court" page 
  2. Log into ClubSpark (top right-hand corner) 
  3. Click on your name (top right-hand corner) 
  4. Click "My Profile"
  5. Click "Manage Bookings" 
  6.  Find the booking and click "Cancel"

 

*Important to note: 

Some ClubSpark emails may go straight into your junk mail folder, so please remember to check this folder for any missing ClubSpark emails. 

Your Court PIN will be active for 15 minutes before your booked session, through to 5 minutes after the booked session has ended. 

If you had to create a ClubSpark account, you will still need to complete the membership form if signing up for the Play Tennis Pass. 

We monitor no shows, so please cancel any unwanted bookings, even if its last minute. 

It is always useful to have your booking confirmation handy, even when you go to play. 

Courts can only be booked for a maximum of 2 hours per day, one booking per day. 

All bookings must be made via our online system up to 7 days in advance.
