About the day
Come and give tennis a try for free at Norwood Park on Saturday May 11th 1-5 pm. Players and beginners of all ages most welcome - adult , junior, and cardio tennis activities running through the afternoon or you are welcome to free play. Event attendance will entitle you to two hours court booking free for up to 4 players, or two free cardio tennis sessions at the club.
At our event, please look out for the court booking offer & programme offer that will be available on the day.

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by motivating music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
There are no specific sessions running for this activity. Just turn up!
