About the day
The Slazenger Tennis Club Open Day is a great opportunity for juniors and adults to try out some free coaching. Families and adults can also come down to the tennis club to have a knock around with each other. All equipment is provided all you need to do is turn up in your sports gear and trainers. We will also be providing information about membership if you wish to sign up. We look forward to seeing you at the club!

LTA Youth Start

LTA Youth Start is a fun starter course for kids aged 4–11 who are new to tennis or have played very little. Delivered in a safe, inclusive environment, sessions are full of fun games designed to make kids fitter, confident and more skilled. A participant pack is provided along with rewards for progress that will motivate them to be their own best.

Junior
Reserve your place!
No matter what your ability you’ll have fun on court with of junior players your age. Coaches will be on hand to offer tips to help your game and advice on how you can continue to play.

Adult Coaching

Family Time

Get on court with your family and have some fun. We’ll provide modified balls and rackets for the younger ones and coaches will be on hand to give you some pointers if you want them.

Tennis Xpress
Reserve your place!
Tennis Xpress is for player who are new or returning to the game. Within the coaching session you will learn the basics and have the opportunity to play some points. The coach will be on hand to give you tips to help you improve your game and get you feeling comfortable on court.
