Notes from the coach
Green/Yellow balls
- Age: Primarily for players aged 9-12 years old. It's the stage before moving to the full compression yellow ball.
- Purpose: To help players transition to playing on a full-size court with balls that are slightly softer and bounce a little lower than standard yellow balls, aiding in developing skills on a larger court.
- Properties: Green balls are 25% slower than yellow balls.
