I am a high proffessional independent coach with over 20 years experience of developing tennis players from beginner to county and onto the international stage. I operate in and around Cardiff / Newport & Bridgend area's and I currently lead the +14 Tennis Wales national training programme. I enjoy working with club members & several talented welsh junior players at Old St Mellons tennis club. 

Tournament guidance and support is offered and Phil often attends many national events including ETA / ITF & high level grade 2 and 3'stournaments home and abroad.

Phil is also growing the tennis scene at a small start up club at Old St.Mellons tennis club in Cardiff with a club coaching programmes for all ages and levels of play, as well as the local community residents.

You can contact Phil for 1-2-1 lessons and if there is enough players of similar ages then small group coaching can commence.

Phil can also offer 1-2-1 lessons and small group sessions for players at the idyllic 3 court club at Merthyr Mawr / Glamorgan LTC & Croquet club for players who are further down the west corridor of the M4.

As an established & experienced LTA official Phil runs his LTA grade 3, 4 & 5 tournaments at both venues.

For periods of the year Phil delivers blocks of days a year in Vale do lobo - Algarve for 5 star tennis holidays, a company he helped formed back in 2010.

Phil is supported by Specialist Sports and is an ambassador for Prince and adidas.
