Phil at First Ball In provides smoothly run LTA graded 3, 4 and 5 tournaments at various venues within the Cardiff and Newport area.

Phil is a qualified R4 and experienced referee and is willing to accommodate late entries when possible and provide additional bonus matches when requested.
