Programme for the day:
10.30am Parks Tennis
For all ages. Park tennis is great launchpad for newcomers and returners to grab a tennis racket and join in, whether you come along by yourself, with friends, or family. The session will be filled with a variety of games to keep you active and progress your skills. It doesn't matter if you haven't played before or don't have a racket - we'll provide one when needed.
11.45am Cardio Tennis
Ages A fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by motivating music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
11.45am LTA Youth Start
Ages 4-7year olds. Youth Start is a fun starter course for kids who are new to tennis or have played very little. Delivered in a safe, inclusive environment, sessions are full of fun games designed to make kids fitter, confident and more skilled. A participant pack is provided along with rewards for progress that will motivate them to be their own best.
12.45pm Stretch and Flexibility on the lawn
Minimum age 14yrs. A gentle stretch to ease out muscles, enhance joint flexibility, and calm the mind. Please bring your own mat or towel, and a drink.
13.45pm Meet the team
An opportunity to meet Tennis Coach Madelaine Ramsey and some of the Teignbridge Green Spaces team.
14.15pm Walking Tennis
Minimum age 18yrs. If you love tennis, or you're a newcomer and building confidence, or returning from injury and are looking for a gentler pace of play, this is the one for you. Safe, fun, and inclusive - a fantastic way to stay active in a game that's open to everyone. Give it a go in a supportive setting.
15.15pm Tennis Xpress
Minimum age 18yrs. Adults of all abilities can sign up for free coaching sessions with a qualified coach. Within the coaching session you will learn the basics and have the opportunity to play some points. The coach will be on hand to give you tips to help you improve your game and get you feeling comfortable on court.

When using the courts in the usual way, you must type in the * (Asterix) before the numbers in the code for the gate. The code will not work otherwise. The gate will only open at the time of booking so please do not attempt to access the court at times other than your booking time. Your code cannot be used other than for the time you have booked a court.
