Remember that you must type in the * (Asterix) before the numbers in the code for the gate. The code will not work otherwise. The gate will only open at the time of booking. Your code cannot be used other than for your pre booked slot.

Teignbridge District Council reserves the rights to cancel bookings and close the courts.

Teignbridge Tennis Courts

We provide well-maintained courts at Bakers Park and Forde Park in Newton Abbot, Teignmouth Den by the coast, and Duckspond in Buckfastleigh.

Our online booking and payment system makes tennis simple and supports the future maintenance of our courts.

  • Secure Access: Electronic gate system with PIN code for your booking time.
  • Convenient Scheduling: Courts are bookable on the hour during opening times.

Your Options:

  • Annual Tennis Pass - £37.80 (covers up tp 10 people in a household and gives 10-day advance booking).
  • Pay to Play - £6.30 per hour (book up to 7 days in advance for flexible play). 

Your booking generates a PIN code valid 10 minutes before and after your reserved hour.

Teignbridge Parks Tennis is looking for volunteers to support our NEW Free Parks Tennis Programme at Duckspond (Buckfastleigh) and Forde Park (Newton Abbot) on Saturdays and Sunday from 10:00–11:00am

Becoming a Barclays Free Park Tennis Activator is simple and free for you to apply: 

  • Create an LTA account (or log in)
  • Complete the onboarding, online training, safeguarding, and DBS
  • Get access to resources and join the team once your sessions are set up

Tennis Pass

The most affordable way to play tennis across all courts in Teignbridge! The Tennis Pass is £37.80 per household per year (Up to 10 people can be added). 

There are no further court charges when you have the Tennis Pass and you can book any of the courts in Teignbridge.
