GDTennis development programmes form the backbone of the coaching programme at each club, park, or school. It is here that almost all new players will experience their first taste of tennis.  Our development programmes cater for players aged 5 years and upward, offering a variety of sessions as below:

Development Coaching Programme (Term Time)

LTA Youth Red (5-8yrs)

Tuesday 4-5pm
Saturday 9-10am
Sunday 10-11am
Sunday 11am-12pm

LTA Youth Orange (8-9yrs)

Tuesday 5-6pm
Saturday 10-11am
Sunday 12-1pm

LTA Youth Green (9-10yrs)

Tuesday 6-7pm
Saturday 11am-12pm

LTA Youth Yellow & Junior Squads (11-18yrs)

Our Yellow sessions for 11-18yrs are very standard specific with over 12 events throughout the week. We always like to discuss a players experience and ability before booking to ensure that the session is the right one for them. Occasionally we might invite you in for an assessment before suggesting suitable days and times. Please speak to one fo the coaches or contact thew GDTennis office before booking.
 

Adult Coaching Programme 18yrs+ (term time)

The Adult coaching programme offers over 10 events throughout the week from beginner to advanced team players. We always like to discuss a players experience and ability before booking to ensure that the session is the right one for them. Occasionally we might invite you in for an assessment before suggesting suitable days and times. Private Lessons

Private lessons are available for Caversham LTC Members only, and are always in very high demand. 

Please note that during school holiday periods the coaches can often have additional availability for private lessons in the afternoons from 3pm onwards. Please contact your coach of choice to enquire about these times.
