How many sessions can I book each day?

Whether you're a pass holder or Pay as You Play user:

  • You can book up to 7 sessions per week,
  • Maximum 14 hours total per week.

Modifying or cancelling a session still counts toward your weekly allocation.

How do I access the court after booking?

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a four or six-digit gate code. Enter this code on the keypad at the court entrance.

Tip: Keep your confirmation email handy in case you're asked to show it.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email or gate code. What should I do?

  1. Check your junk/spam folder.
  2. Log into your ClubSpark account and view your upcoming bookings — the gate code will be listed there.
  3. Still can’t find it? Email us at tennis@glasgowlife.org.uk before your session.

What if my gate code doesn’t work?

  • Double-check you’re entering the correct code for the right location.
  • If it still doesn’t work, refer to your confirmation email for any instructions.
  • If you're still having issues, call 07387541435 for support.

Can I book a court for coaching purposes?

No. Only coaches appointed by Glasgow Life are authorised to deliver coaching sessions on our courts.

Note: Coaching bookings are not permitted under any pass or Pay as You Play.

Can I hire equipment?
