  • Courts are available to book for members from 8am till 8pm and no later than 9pm onsite.
  • All courts must be booked in advance, court times and court allocations adhered to.
  • Courts 3 & 4 are prioritised for coaching. While coaching is taking place, please do not use the adjacent court unless permission has been given. Often coaches will use both courts during part of the session.

  • When using the courts out of Café hours or when the gate is closed/locked on arrival, make sure that you always close and lock the gate behind you when playing and when you leave. Please do not leave the gate open!
  • The Gate, Toilets and Office are all accessed by a code. You will be issued this code on joining. It is very important that when you lock up you do not leave the code on display. The key to the office must be placed back in the key case, locked and the cover replaced.
  • Do not give the access code to anyone other than those included your membership category.
  • Floodlight usage is included in your membership package and accessed inside the office. Please use this sparingly and turn off immediately after play has finished.
  • All members must read the clubs Code of Conduct.
  • We reserve the right to revoke any membership if these responsibilities are repeatedly flouted and/or code of conduct broken.
