T&C's:
- Holiday Camp discount codes are valid for a maximum of 12 months.
- Any players choosing to cancel and then re-join will incur a £50 administration fee (No charge for new players choosing to pay by DD). 
- Junior payments cover 41 wks/yr coaching, with sessions running; Autumn Term 14-15 weeks, Spring Term 12-13 weeks, Summer Term 13-14 weeks.
- Adult payments cover 34 wks/yr, with sessions running; Autumn Term 12 weeks, Spring Term 10 weeks and Summer Term 12 weeks. 
- Failure to make payment will mean players can no longer take part in coaching sessions and admin fee will be required to join in again. 
- 30 Days Notice required for cancellation
- Refunds cannot be given unless in exceptional circumstances agreed by the Committee
