To help our club flourish we need to keep all our members, friends and HTC court users informed and updated with important news about the club.

This could be about your membership, court facilities or upcoming events. We will never email you about anything that is unrelated to HTC as per our GDPR  and Privacy Policy.

We do ask you to ensure you have enabled your inbox to receive our emails (the sender will be listed as mail@clubspark.co.uk which is our management and membership system) or they may go to junk.

News emails are limited to being sent out at the beginning of each month and mid month if there are important notices so that we don't inundate your inbox. Occasionally there will be targetted emails about events at the club, eg Adult members, Mini or Junior playing groups or team players with a specific message.

We always remind newsmail recipients to frequently check the website home page which has a quick read 'headlines' section. This is updated almost daily and  certainly weekly. Links are added to provide more detailed information if you wish to know more.

There is currently no other means of reaching all 305 members or 1100 contacts of HTC. For members we are considering a Whats App group for announcements only (ie no replies) and sign-up would be at one's own discretion.
