Want to improve your cardio, meet new people in a fun sociable group whilst playing tennis to music?
Well you can with our Cardio Tennis Fridays held at 10.00 am.
Our coach Marc Phillips runs this session which is fully inclusive and suitable for all ages, abilities & fitness levels.
What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is a 1 hour session with the emphasis on having fun while getting fit.
The class is split into sections including a Warm up, full body workout and a cool down.
Played with background music you'll be able to hit loads of shots - forehands,backhands,serves all mixed with a variety of fitness activities & games.
What do I need to bring
Bring your own racquet or use ours. We have all the equipment for you.
