Please note: you must register and join one of our membership packages before you can book a court. The access code to the courts will be provided as part of the booking confirmation. See more details below of our opening hours and fees, including charges for floodlight use.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday during term-time: 17:00 - 22:00
Monday to Friday outside term-time: 08:00 - 22:00
Saturday & Sunday all year: 08:00 - 22:00
Court Fees
Each court costs £6 per hour (unless you are an Annual paying member) payable online and bookable up to 2 weeks in advance. Should you wish to cancel a booking, a refund is obtainable for Pay and Play members, provided bookings are cancelled 24 hrs in advance.
In addition, any court bookings requiring floodlights will attract the following charges:
Annual paying members - £3 per court per hour
Pay & Play members - £9 per court per hour (so £3 in addition to the standard £6)
Club night participants - £1 per person attending a session, with dues to be recovered in arrears once a term
How to Book a Court
1. You will see a booking sheet for the current day. You can view court bookings but will need to be signed in in order to book a court. Use the calendar icon to navigate to the date you wish to book a court. Click on an available time of your choice. The default is for 60 minutes. If you want to book for more than 1 hour, click the time drop-down menu to extend the booking to a maximum of 2 hours. Then press “book now”.
2. The first time you use the system, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Use and enter your payment details (which are saved for future use).
3. a) If you are a Play and Pay member, click "Confirm and Pay”.
b) If you are an Annual paying member, just click "Confirm" or "Confirm and Pay” if a floodlight booking.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking which includes the access code for the courts.
There’s also a smartphone app for Android and IOS devices for booking called “ClubSpark booker” which is super-easy to use!
