Parish Council / HWTC Free Sessions
Hartley Wintney Parish Council has been funding FREE tennis camps for children living in RG27 8 postcodes in the Summer, and starting in 2025 at Easter, for several years - with over 100 children taking part in each series.
Please note that each child may only attend ONE free session over the Summer period.
This is to ensure that as many children as possible benefit from these sessions. If you book more than 1 session your entire booking is liable to be cancelled.
The sessions will be run by HWTC's head coach, Justin Tadman and volunteers from the club.
Important Booking Information
Please note that to book one of these sessions you will be asked to set up an account (which is free and without obligation) with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) on their ClubSpark system - if you do not have one already. If you do not have an account, the booking link will prompt you to create one. After you have done this, click the booking link again and you can login using your new details. Finally you will be asked to add your Child's details, including any allergies etc, plus an emergency telephone number. Please ensure you complete these details as the coaches will use this information in an emergency. In order to benefit from the free session, please add the first line of your address, and your postcode in the "Special Information" box when registering your child.

HWTC Tennis Camps
HWTC are running 4 paid-for camps (£15.00 for 90mins) as follows:
Friday 15th August 9am - 10:30am 4-8 years
Friday 22nd August 9am - 10:30am 4-8 years
These sessions are open to all children.
