Hayle LTC is committed to prioritising the well-being of all children and adults at risk, promoting safeguarding in our club at all times, including all programmes and events we run. This Policy strives to minimise risk, deliver a positive tennis experience for everyone and respond appropriately to all safeguarding concerns/disclosures. 

Diversity and Inclusion Policy - DOWNLOAD
As a club we contribute actively to enable more people to play tennis more often, in a manner that it is safe, inclusive, and fair. This applies regardless of a person’s age, disability, gender reassignment status, sex, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, race or sexual orientation, socio-economic status or any other background.

Anti-Bullying Policy - DOWNLOAD
Hayle LTC is committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all our members so they can play tennis in a relaxed and secure atmosphere. Bullying of any kind (including that which occurs online) is not acceptable. We take any concerns or reports about bullying extremely seriously.

Photography & Filming Policy - DOWNLOAD
This policy covers the need to register those people who wish to take pictures, the need to obtain consent from adults for the use of pictures and the standards around taking pictures and storing them using social media or other publicity.
