Can I bring a guest?

As a member you can bring the same guest 3 times a year. No fees.

Do you have floodlights?

Unfortunately, we do not but we are hopeful we will have some lighting in the coming year.

Do I need a racket for the coaching courses?

We have a number of kids, junior rackets for use. The coach may be able to supply a racket for adult coaching if given notice before the lesson.

What age can I my children join in coaching courses?

We have taken as young as 4 but this doesn’t always work. Each child is different and some children can keep there attention for the lesson while others can’t. This even applies to some older children. Each child will given the chance to attend but the coaches have the right to change ther mind based on the childs behaviour.

Is there a booking system?

Yes, for members via the new web site. However, generally you will find a spare court if you turn up without booking.

Are there club mix in sessions?

Yes. Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm. Sunday from 10:30am to 1pm. Drop in at anytime. No fees.

Do the club mix in sessions get good attendance?

It’s very sporadic, but we are working on ways to get better attendance.

Can anyone attend the club sessions, regardless of ability?

Yes, all levels welcome as we promote these sessions as tennis and social.

Is there opportunity for competitive play?

Yes. We have teams in ladies and menus leagues.

Yes, currently two menus teams and one ladies team.

We have five full size courts and a children’s orange court size.

We have a club house with table and chairs. A small kitchen with sink, kettle, fridge, and microwave. Toilet facilities.

2019/2020. Adults £67. Ages 9 to 16 £30. Ages 8 and under £15. Always check the web site for up to date fees.

It ranges from wildly from 3 to 20. Unfortunately, generally low numbers.

Yes. Some off are members re part of the local circuit and enjoy playing against other club members. All levels catered for.
