We have four floodlit courts at the club.  Members can book individual courts through our booking page on this website or by using the Clubspark Booker App available in mobile phone app store.

We also offer the ability for groups to make block bookings for the periods October to December and January to March.  For more details about making such a booking, please email us at bookings@heswalltennis.co.uk.

Bookings for coaches, social tennis, matches and other reservations of multiple courts are covered under seperate arrangements but such bookings will be visible to all members on the booking page.

Booking Policies

We operate the following policies for the booking of individual courts:

• Court bookings are currently only available for floodlight usage – 18:00 to 21:30, 7 days per week
• Courts are booked in 30 minute slots
• The charge for floodlight is currently £3 per 30 minute period and is charged at the time of booking
• Minimum booking time – 1 Hour
• Maximum Booking Time – 2 Hours
• Maximum of one member booking per day
• Maximum advance booking period 14 days
• Recurring bookings are allowed within the above limits
• Members can book one court only
• Members can add visitors to the bookings and pay the standard visitor charge at the same time.
• Members can also add other members to the booking and they will receive email confirmation for their calendars

Cancellations

• Cancellations made for any reason five hours or more before the time of the booking will automatically receive a full refund
• Where bad weather prevents play, we will try to refund automatically but members may need to request a refund in some circumstances
• Cancellations for other reasons less than five hours before the booking time will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances

In the event of any cancellation, we would ask that you use the Floodlight Users WhatsApp group to let people know that your reserved court has become available.  This will enable other members to take advantage of this availability.
