Booking a court
Courts should be booked via this website. You can also download the Clubspark Booker App on iOS and Android
Please keep your contact details up to date by logging into your profile.
Please adhere to the booking rules: you can book for up to two hours in any one day. The booking form is open 14 days in advance
Entry to the courts
The code will be changed annually on 1 April at 9am. You will be informed of the new code by 31 March by email if you have paid your annual membership subscription otherwise it will be on receipt of your subscription fees.
On court accidents
Any accidents on court should be logged in the Accident Book which can be found in the hut. If that is not possible please contact a member of the committee
Junior members
Children under the age of 12 MUST be supervised by an adult at the courts.
Parents of junior members under the age of 12 who are not members themselves may apply to have the code for entry to the courts on the understanding that the juniors are supervised by an adult whilst playing.
British Tennis Membership
New members need to register for British Tennis Membership by going to the LTA website and signing up to British Tennis. Personal details of existing members may have changed since joining so please check your profile regularly.

We are required to have a Welfare officer who is responsible for all of our child and vulnerable person protection issues. If you have any concern at all about welfare please contact him directly in confidence; email welfare@hooknortontennis.com

Committee
We are all regular players and our objective is to provide facilities for and promote participation of the whole community in the sport of tennis.
Specifically this includes:
(a) To provide tennis, social and other activities for our members and generally to encourage and facilitate the playing of tennis by players of all ages and abilities without barrier;
(b) To compete in local leagues, competitions and tournaments;
(c) To be an active partner in the life and development of Hook Norton Sports and Social Club;
(d) To promote, improve, develop and support the interests of tennis. To do this we have a committee that comprises:

We meet about 6 times a year to organise the club, set the subscription rates, manage our income and approve any scheme to meet the objectives above.
