Our Annual American Tournament was held, Sunday morning, 17th of September, at the Terrington Tennis Courts.  There were 8 participants this year for the tournament.  John Marsh defended his title, and Linda Irving won the ladies.  Runners-up were Jackson Wade and Liz Ticehurst.  A bring-and-share lunch was provided at Hovingham Village Hall after play, and everybody enjoyed themselves.  Thank you to our participants, to Murray Stewart for running the event, and to Liz Ticehurst for organising the food.
