Our Annual American Tournament was held, Sunday morning, 6th of October, at the Terrington Tennis Courts.  Fortunately, we were able to avoid the rain showers.  There were 8 participants this year for the tournament due to Murray Stewart's tireless efforts.  Murray Stewart claimed victory for the gentlemen, and Gill Smith was victorious for the ladies (see photo above).  A lunch was enjoyed following play at the Worsley Arms.  Thank you to our participants and to Murray Stewart for organising and running the event.
