Coaching Terms and Conditions

Terms & conditions

Following are the terms and conditions relating to our membership,  programmes and events.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these. 

  • Junior Coaching Programme -  is booked termly in advance on a first come first served basis. Players in the programme are given a priority booking window before being made availble to new particppants via our website. 
  • Ratios -  Every group is set at a maximum coaching ratio and once full can not extended.
  • One  Free Trial Session  - is offered to new players to allow the coach to see them play  and be placed in a suitable group. 
  • Joining after the start date - You are able to join a class part way through a term if there is space. We are unable to offer spaces for ad hock sessions or chosen session dates.
  • Membership - If you plan to use the club and attend coaching long term it is cheaper to buy a membership and pay a members coaching rate.   We do not accept cash or cheque payments for membership
  • Membership Cancellations – we require 30 days notice for cancellation
  • Court Bookings  - We require 24 hours notice in order to refund you for any cancellations made to your bookings. 
  • Pay&Play sessions Cancellation - You must advise with 24 hours notice minimum to cancel and be refunded for a coaching session. If you cancel a session within the 24 hour window we are unable to refund.
  • Coaches - are all LTA accredited with valid DBS and First Aid certificates
  • Medical conditions – must be disclosed along with any current medication taken
  • Emergency contact – must be provided
  • Weather cancellation – we reserve the right to cancel a class if the court is deemed unsafe for play, as much notice as possible will be given.
  • Code of conduct – all players must adhere to each club’s own set of rules and must behave in an appropriate manner.  We reserve the right to exclude a player from coaching if their behaviour is considered dangerous, disruptive or aggressive and hinders the ability of the coach to run the session.
  • Behaviour policy - all players must adhere to the inspire2coach Behaviour Policy.
