By applying to join the club you undertake to have understood and agreed to the following:

1. To abide by the terms of the Club's Constitution. A copy of the Constitution is on the Club’s website
2. To have read and be aware of the Club’s Safeguarding policies
3. That your email and mobile or other phone number can be shared with other members of the club for competition purposes.  Note that your personal data is kept confidential.  However, as all day-to-day communications from the Club are sent via email it is important that we have your up-to-date email address and contact phone number.  These will be shared with other members only in connection with Club activities including tournaments and club events, so that members can communicate with each other to arrange matches, set up WhatsApp groups and other media groups in connection with Club activities. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties outside the Club. 
4. To treat all other members, including committee members and guests, with courtesy at all times.
5. Members are requested to pay £2 for a guest playing, guests are not permitted to play more than twice in a year.  Guest fees should be paid to Ightham Tennis Club , sort code: 51-81-07  a/c: 09650121
6. A copy of the Members' Handbook will be sent to you when you join.
