This session is suitable to adults who have never played tennis before of any age and ability as well as those who might have played tennis a long time age and need to refresh their skills! The lesson will be fun, dynamic & social in nature with lots of tennis games, teamwork and working with others.  We will cover hand-eye coordination, rally skills, serving and learning how to play points. All this enhanced by some fun tennis games & footwork in a dynamic and social setting! :)
