What can you expect?
At the Orange stage, children learn the rules & scoring to play the game from serve & return. Coaches will support children to grow their motor skills (orientation, hand-eye coordination, running & moving) to play in a dynamic environment. At the Orange stage children will increase proficiency, problem-solving skills & learn sportsmanship.
Description
Orange ball rally is for players who can manage a rally of 20 balls on the forehand and backhand side. It is played on a full size court with balls that bounce 50% that of a normal ball, to enable time to attain the technique and tactics to move to different levels. We will be using the SYSTEM-9 tennis progressions that aids learning to play tennis quicker once players have good sending and receiving or moving, throwing and catching skills. Please note it is cheaper to join as a junior member for coaching sessions and camps.
