Adult Coaching Sessions

- Rusty Racket sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays both at 7:30pm! Wednesday sessions aimed at beginners and less experienced players and Mondays for more experienced players. Newcomers who have not yet joined are welcome to try the sessions 3 times before joining as a member.

 

- Look out for Tennis Xpress courses throughout the year. These are 6 week beginner courses aimed at giving participants their first steps into tennis.

 

- Cardio Tennis is a fun fitness session which is all about keeping moving. Avaliable to members and non-members!
