Wheelchair Tennis
Wheelchair tennis runs throughout the year indoors at David Lloyd Milton Keynes.
Wheelchair tennis was founded in 1976. The size of the court, rackets and balls are all the same but players are allowed two bounces of the ball. It is one of the fastest growing wheelchair sports in the world and is currently played in more than 100 countries. Its popularity in the UK is increasing due to the fantastic successes of British players such as Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid in Grand Slam tournaments
Suitable for beginners to intermediates, we have sports chairs and rackets to borrow and the first lesson is free of charge.
