Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.

Notes from the coach

Come and enjoy hitting lots of tennis balls during this cardio session. As well as being a great work out, it provides lots of opportunity to practice your shots. Everyone can enjoy this session since the balls are fed just right for each individual player.
