Ladie's social morning tennis is designed for intermediate to advanced players and is a great opportunity to work on a specific area of your game in a drill situation as well as a matchplay.
This Session starts with a dinamic warm-up followed by variety of drills - tachtical / tachnical / fitness then finishes with Singles & Doubles.
It is aimed to be a very low pressure environment with loads of fun and is open to absolutely anyone, so do come to see us at:
