The Club is governed by a constitution and has key policies on safeguarding, diversity and inclusion and we also have terms and conditions relating to our website. We also have a policy on the use of the changing rooms at the Pavilion at Plovers Rise. We also have Terms and Conditions for Players when booking a court with us.
We are changing the way Kempsey Tennis Club is constituted. We're moving from an unincorporated entity to a Company Limited by Guarantee. As part of this process, we putting in place Articles of Association for the new entity that will replace the old club constitution. You can read the proposed articles here.
As an LTA registered venue, we have been assessed by the LTA and they have confirmed that we meet their required standards in terms of safeguarding and in some cases we exceed them.
Ed Bradford is the Club's Welfare Officer and has undertaken specific training in order to be able to carry out the role.
