KLTC Membership (2021/22 Season)

We welcome new members and are delighted to retain existing members too.    If you want to join through the new Family/Household offer please e-mail us at [email protected] and we'll send you details on how to do that.

 

How to Join

Membership fees are due from April 1st and are valid for 12 months .  We request all new members join and existing members renew by pressing the relevant "Join Now" buttons below.   You will be required to login (sign in or create an account) and enter your details.   At the end of the process please select a payment method.  Note whilst the club would prefer you to pay on-line this is not a requirement. 

If you are uncomfortable using your credit or debit cards you can pay by cheque, bank transfer or by cash to a committee member.

Tick the relevant box and then  make your payment accordingly. 

If you are not paying through the Clubspark system please e-mail our membership secretary Sarper ([email protected]) to let him know you have paid.  Please also contact Sarper if you have any queries about  joining or how much to pay, including information about reduced rates for joining mid-season, or would prefer to use paper forms.


Adult Membership

There is no requirement for Adult Members to fill in any additional membership forms.

Junior Membership

We require that some additional information is completed for Junior Members (i.e. those under 18) to comply with LTA Safeguarding standards:

Family Membership 

1 parent plus 1 or more juniors = 10% discount off the total aggregate membership

2 parents plus 1 or more juniors = 15% discount off the total aggregate membership

Note the above family discounts are  only available where the parents take full adult membership .

By electing to join you are giving your consent  that you will abide by the Code of Conduct and Rules of Kenton Lawn Tennis Club, respect and adhere to our Safeguarding and Diversity policies and you agree that your personal data will be processed by the Club for the purposes of club and membership administration and to facilitate your participation in club events and competitions. Details of these policies can be found on this website.

Eligibility: It is essential that for each junior who joins the Club, there is a corresponding parent or guardian who is registered with the Club, at least as a Non-playing parent. This ensures that a parent/guardian can be contacted in case of an emergency.
