It costs only £20 per hour to hire the clubhouse, which is a great venue for activities such as children’s parties, exercise classes, wine tastings etc.  It is used for club activities on Saturday until 11.30am but is otherwise widely available and can accommodate up to 90 people for a party.

Small Print

Bookings must include sufficient time for setting up before and clearing up after events.  The clubhouse must be left clean and tidy.

You can provide your own booze but you must arrange this in advance with the club.  Drinks must be delivered and corkage paid in advance of your event at the following per bottle rates - £10 for spirits / £5 for wine / £1 for beer or cider or alcopops.  These drinks cannot be sold and must be served away from the Club bar.

Please respect the fact that Kings is in a residential area, noise must be kept to an appropriate level and the patio must be vacated at 10pm.

Children are not allowed in the kitchen / bar / office areas.
