Welcome to Kintbury Tennis Club. As welfare officer I would like our club to be a place where everyone feels heard, valued and respected. Safety and wellbeing are key to creating an environment where we can all enjoy tennis. We are all responsible for protecting others and ensuring we do all we can, particularly focusing on those most vulnerable such as children, young people and vulnerable adults.
Our policies reflect our commitment to acting appropriately. If you ever have concerns or worries about safeguarding at the club, please do not hesitate to reach out and I’ll be keen to help.
In an emergency, please call 999.
You can also report concerns to West Berkshire Council

Kintbury Tennis Club wants to provide the best possible facility for all of its members. We aim to work to the standards defined by the LTA for Clubmark status, which attests to the fact that the club is well run, and is open to all.
We can't get Clubmark status because we are not a big club but we still want to do the right things.
Key amongst these standards are our policies on safeguarding and whistleblowing, covered by two documents: Our own policy at KTC and national guidelines for reporting issues.
All members are invited to read, and to use, these documents in order to enjoy and serve the club.
