🎾What is the FAST4 Format
Two Teams
Each player will partner with every other player in the same team and play against every player in the other team. Players are ranked to provide an even matchup
1. First four games wins
It doesn’t matter how you get there, just make sure you do it before your opponents do!
2. Tiebreaker at 3 games all
At 3 games all a tie-break is played to 7 points, 2 clear at 6-6. Sudden death at 9-9.
3. No ad scoring
If the score reaches deuce, it’s a sudden death point. The receiving doubles pair decide who receives the serve. However the pair cannot change positions. In mixed doubles the player of the same gender
shall receive.
4. Player sequence and point system
Players will be paired with one from each group, rotating for each match. The leaderboard point system is Win - 3, Loss - 1, Results Factor - 1.0
(A point for each game).

The run rate means in two hours, we manage four rounds, taking into, general wobbling,
tea and fag breaks.

I started lessons with Leonard as a complete beginner. Having never played tennis as a child, it was a real challenge! He is unendingly patient and supportive. His style of coaching really helps you with control of the ball and makes you really think about how you create your individual style. Always ready to listen and encourage through those frustrating times. I can now have a decent hit with my partner who is a very competitive player. Leonard is a great coach! His sessions are fun and engaging and he gives out just the right amount of technical advice so as not to feel overwhelmed! He always tries to ensure that the player is able to execute the advice; provides alternative strategies and ensures he adapts it for a left handed player! Both the individual and group lessons are enjoyable and this ensures that my game is constantly improving.
