PAYMENT: Online at the point of booking

🌤 Weather: Northway has no indoor courts; however, play will continue with a drizzle as the courts drain. Please dress appropriately for this. Play will be suspended in the event of heavy and persistent rain, and refunds will be issued. This will be reviewed on the morning of the event and communicated accordingly via email, SMS or WhatsApp. However, I can say that all camp days to date have proceeded as planned, and we have never had to cancel an entire day.

🍉 Amenities: The clubhouse is open. All players should bring water and lunch for their session. If your child plans to go home for lunch or leave camp to walk home alone, please inform us during the booking process by selecting the appropriate option in the designated section. "Does the participant have any special requirements?"

🚫 Cancellation: All days are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the start of the day, 100% of the fee is payable.
