We can now confirm that a new 2 year’s balls purchase contract has been agreed with Dunlop. They are now no longer part of Sports Direct and operate as a separate company although they still have the rights to distribute Slazenger balls. Dunlop are looking to significantly raise their profile in tennis and have recently signed up Jamie Murray. Have a look at their new developing website https://www.dunlopsports.com/
Clubs can purchase ANY Dunlop or Slazenger balls (yellow and/or MT) as part of this agreement and will get at least 1 dozen FREE ones from Lincs Tennis for every 12 dozen balls purchased. These FREE balls will be Dunlop Fort All Court and will be used for our County events in 2018. Later in the year Julie Leighton will be asking clubs to provide ball receipts so that she can arrange the distribution of the FREE balls.
Balls can be purchased either online or locally. If you decide to go local, then please make them aware of this agreement and ask them to discuss their best price with the Dunlop area rep.
In 2017 Boston, Bourne, Eastgate, Gainsborough, Horncastle, North Scarle, Sleaford, Stamford, Tealby, Woodhall Spa & Washingborough all supported our scheme and we hope they will do so again plus of course many others of you.
