Dear Member 

We have now had an update from Tennis Wales regarding the requirement to record club attendees for track & trace purposes.

With immediate effect individual bookings no longer need to provide track & trace details to Emma. 

Tennis Wales have confirmed that due to the increased risk of catching and spreading Covid-19 during group sessions we should continue to keep a record of attendees.   

Coaching data will be held by our head coach Tony Symons-Hicks and social session attendees will continue to be provided to Emma by the nominated person for each social session and held for the required 21 days.

In addition, just a quick reminder that if you no longer need your booked court, please cancel it so that other members can use it.
