All members are welcomed at any of the Club's free Mix-in Sessions, which are held throughout the year:

Mornings:      Monday 9.30 a.m. - 12 noon

                        Wednesday 9.30 a.m. - 12 noon

                        Friday 9.30 a.m. - 12 noon

                        Sunday 10 a.m. - 12 noon

Evening:       Thursday 6:30-10pm(Summer), 7 - 10 p.m (Winter)
