The committee of Liversedge Tennis Club is made up of nine people

Andy Lucas (Chairman, pictured middle (black t-shirt))

Andy has been a member of Liversedge tennis Club since 1998 when he joined aged just seven and he is currently  in his second stint as Club Chairman (2015-16 interim and 2018 - present).

Andy is responsible for the overall welfare of all members of the Club and leads the Committee meetings. He is responsible for strategic finance, membership administration, website and social media, club bar and safeguarding.

In previous roles Andy has been assistant coach and quizmaster.

Shahid Hanif (Treasurer and Vice-Chairman)

Shahid is a longstanding member of the tennis club and is regularly seen on Saturday afternoons. Shahid is responsible for transactional finance and liaising with the Club Chairman on strategic financial decisions. Shahid ensures that the club has sufficient cash resources to meet short term obligations whilst planning for longer term investment in the Club. 

Wendy Jackson (Secretary and Vice-Chairman)

Wendy joined the tennis club recently and has showed enthusiasm in her time here. She is responsible for the arranging and documenting minutes of both committee meetings and the annual general meeting. As a keen gardener she is also responsible for maintaining the garden area in front of the clubhouse.
