Advanced (invite only)

This session is designed for players who regularly play and compete in tennis tournaments regionally, nationally, and internationally. 

This coach-led session will offer tactical and technical support for players in both a singles and doubles setting. We will teach the technical importance of each shot in tennis through a tactical lens looking to achieve a better tactical outcome of the shot. We will also look at patterns of play in both singles and doubles and the importance of this when playing a match. 

This session will allow players to train in a high-intensity environment and improve their technique through a tatical lens via high-volume repetition.
