Refunds
- Once a booking has been made online via ClubSpark we are unable to issue a refund for any missed sessions throughout the term.
- If you are unable to attend a session and would like to attend a different session in the same week of coaching, please contact Will Smart to arrange this.
Cancelled sessions
- If a session is cancelled due to coach absence or poor weather conditions BEFORE the session start time, players WILL be issued a ClubSpark online credit for this session. This credit can be redeemed at the checkout when you book onto any future course with us.
NOTE: We always make every effort for all sessions to go ahead where possible as we want all players to benefit from lessons on our programme.
Abandoned Lessons
- If a session is cancelled due to poor weather conditions DURING a session, the coach will assess the quality of the courts to see if the lesson can continue. One of two scenarios will take place:
- Scenario 1 - If MORE than half of the lesson has been completed before the coach decides to cancel the session due to poor weather conditions, a credit will NOT be issued but the coach will attempt to make up for this missed time at the beginning or end of the next scheduled lesson.
- Scenario 2 - If LESS than half of the lesson has been completed before the coach decides to cancel the session, a credit WILL be issued to each players' ClubSpark account.
