GUEST POLICY

Ludlow Castle Tennis Club is a private club for members. Guests of members are welcome, and we respectfully ask members to follow the rules set out below.

• A member should give details of their guest when they book a court
• The member is also responsible for completing a Guest Envelope, which can be found on top of the blue mailbox, in the hall of the Clubhouse (near the toilets).
• The correct fee must be enclosed in the envelope - £5.00 for adults, £2.00 for under 18s.
• The Guest Envelope should be posted in the blue mailbox, before play starts.
• Guests are allowed to play on three occasions during a 12 month period, after which time, they are expected to become members of the Club.
