COVID-19 Update - Easing lockdown restrictions

CoronaVirus  COVID-19 Update 

MLTC tennis activity has been resumed in adherence with government and LTA guidelines.

  • Social distancing should be maintained before, during and after all tennis activity.
  • Hand sanitisers (located on lamp post) are available for use before adjusting tennis nets.
  • MLTC Club Nights  Mondays and Wednesdays 18:00 - 20:00.   
  • GDT Coaching at MLTC has resumed. 

Mapledurham Lawn Tennis Club

MLTC  welcome tennis players of all abilities and ages to join our club 

Members enjoy use of floodlights on all of our  courts, social tennis, match play, wheelchair access throughout our venue is available and a variety of coaching opportunities.

We have 4 excellent all-weather courts, use of floodlights is available up to 22:00  no booking is needed.

Club nights for adults are on Mondays and Wednesdays 18:00 20:00 

GDTennis coaching at MLTC resumes for the Autumn  2021 Term Session

7th September-14th December 2021.  Coaching Program Details

  • Junior coaching provided by GDTennis on Thursdays afternoons starting at 16:00.
  • Adult coaching on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
  • Private coaching by arrangement with GDTennis.

A top of the range Lobster ball machine is available to members for practice


Competitive and Social Tennis 

There is an active social dimension at club level and engagement with other local activities.  We compete in regional leagues, have competitions and ladders within the club.  Veterans Sessions compete mid-week, Tuesdays & Thursdays and is open to all eligible members.   Regular club nights provide an opportunity to enjoy social tennis.
