ABOUT THE CLUB
Tennis Courts
There are five Macadam courts, all of which are floodlit. All courts offer year-round competitive and social tennis opportunities. Enhancements are due soon: resurfacing and completion of LED floodlighting.
Courts are bookable by members up to two weeks in advance.
Touch Tennis
There is also a touchtennis court which is fabulous for all ages and abilities. Touchtennis is the perfect introduction to tennis for those new to the game, young and old, is an excellent way for older / less mobile players to continue to play and is a growing form of tennis which now has televised tournaments. It has standard tennis court markings and is slightly smaller than a pickleball court.

Club sessions
Club sessions are open to all members, visitors welcome on a 'sampler' basis:
Wednesday 6 – 8pm
Thursday 10am – Midday
Sunday 2 - 4pm (Winter); 4 - 6pm (Summer) both sessions are sometimes adjusted to suit the weather or matches.
Competitive play
The club has Men's and Ladies' teams entered in the Team Tennis, Sussex and Weald Leagues and a team in the Horam League. Club tournaments are held throughout the year including finals day in June / July.
Juniors
MLTC is an LTA nationally recognised Performance Club, achieving the highly prized Tennismark status in 2008. This is largely due the success of its juniors under the excellent guidance and coaching by Le Tennis and head coach Tim Cottingham.
Coaching
Tim, Kiz, Holly and Ollie offer a full programme of coaching including group sessions for adults and juniors as well as for individuals . There are tennis camps and competitions for juniors.
