Notes from the coach

Junior Group Coaching sessions focus on a range of activities, skills and games covering basic agility, balance and co-ordination. We usually use special balls which give the children more time to move, develop control and technique. These sessions are active and very enjoyable. They help the children develop the basic skills and shots. The main priorities are to make tennis fun and friendly!
